Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- 3 to 7 working days within India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Delivery Coverage
Indian Sages currently delivers to most cities, towns, and serviceable rural areas across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you promptly and offer alternate delivery options.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

- Courier or transportation delay
In such cases, we will keep you informed about your order status.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:

The order may be subject to a restocking or re-shipping fee, depending on the situation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Indian Sages is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner.
If you have not received your order despite delivery confirmation, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or building security
- Contacting the courier service directly

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we may hold the entire order until all items are ready for dispatch.

Taxes & Duties
Currently, Indian Sages ships only within India.
If international shipping is introduced in the future, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
