Get your nights back.
CALM is a five-herb Ayurvedic formula for the stress that keeps you awake at 3am. It is not a sedative — you fall asleep on your own, and you wake up without the fog.

You didn't wake up because of a sound. You woke up because your body never really powered down in the first place.
Most sleep products sedate you past this moment. CALM works on the reason you're awake for it.

What actually changes
Written the way our doctors describe it to patients, in the order people tend to notice it. Nothing here happens in three days.
You fall asleep faster
Not because you've been knocked out — because the stress response that keeps the mind running has been given something to work against. Usually the first thing people report, often inside the first two weeks.
You stop waking at 3am
The middle-of-the-night wake-up gets less frequent, then stops being the norm. This is the change that takes longest and matters most.
You wake up clear, not heavy
There is no melatonin and no sedative in this formula, so there is no morning hangover to trade for the sleep. You should be able to take it and still be sharp at 8am.
The daytime edge comes down
Sleep is where you'll notice it first, but the formula was built for the stress underneath. Most people describe a longer fuse before they describe better sleep.
You can check every milligram.
There is no proprietary blend on this label. Five herbs, five numbers — printed on the bottle, printed here, and identical in both places. Compare it to whatever is in your cupboard right now.
The load-bearing herb, and the one every competitor also uses. The difference is that you can see how much of it you're getting.
For the mind that won't switch off — the replaying, the list-making, the 2am problem-solving.
Classical Ayurveda's sleep herb, and the most expensive thing in this bottle. It is the reason CALM is not a ₹150 product.
Traditionally paired with Brahmi rather than used alone. The two are prescribed together for a reason.
Yogavahi — the carrier. It isn't in here for its own effect; it's in here to help the other four be absorbed. This is why a single-herb capsule is not the same thing.
Vegan capsule shell (plant cellulose, not gelatin). No artificial colour, no added sugar.
Herbs listed, quantities not. The blend can be 480 mg of cheap filler and 20 mg of the herb you're buying it for, and the label would look exactly the same.
This isn't a competitor's label — it's the standard format used across the category, in India and abroad. Go and check the one you already own.
If a brand won't tell you the dose, the dose is the thing they're hiding.

A clear shell, so you can see what’s in it.
Every CALM capsule is a clear plant-cellulose shell. It isn’t coloured or opaque, so the herb extract inside is visible before you swallow it — a strange thing for a supplement to let you do.
The shell is plant cellulose, not gelatin, so it's genuinely vegetarian. Most Indian supplement capsules are not, and most don't say so on the front.
What to expect, honestly
Ayurveda does not work like a painkiller, and we would rather tell you that now than lose you in week two.
Very little, for most people. Some notice they're falling asleep more easily. If you're expecting a sleeping pill, this is the week you'll be disappointed — take it anyway.
Falling asleep gets easier and more consistent. The daytime edge starts coming down, which people often notice before they notice their sleep.
This is the point at which the formula should be judged. Nights are more consistent, the 3am wake-up is less frequent, mornings are clearer.
It holds as long as you keep taking it. It is not habit-forming and you can stop whenever you want — nothing rebounds.
You'll start noticing results by the end of first month. By the second, it sticks.
Formulated by Ayurvedic physicians.
They refined CALM with their own patients for years, long before it had a name or a bottle.

We only make what we'd give our own family.
Every formula started in a doctor's practice. Only the ones patients kept coming back for were ever bottled. That's why there are four.
What's behind every bottle.
Start with the two months.
You'll feel it in the first month. The second month is what makes it last.

Frequently asked questions
Will it make me drowsy during the day?
No. There is no sedative and no melatonin in CALM. It works on the stress response rather than switching you off, so taking it in the morning won't make you sleepy at work. If anything, people report the opposite — a longer fuse.
When should I take it?
Two capsules a day. Most people take one after breakfast and one after dinner. If sleep is your main reason for taking it, take the second one about an hour before bed.
How is this different from a ₹150 ashwagandha bottle?
Two things. First, dose transparency — you can see that you're getting 250 mg of ashwagandha extract, where a cheaper bottle usually won't tell you. Second, it isn't only ashwagandha. Jatamansi, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Mulethi are in here because classical Ayurvedic formulation treats herbs as a combination, and Mulethi in particular is there to help the others absorb.
Is it habit-forming? Can I stop?
It is not habit-forming, and you can stop at any time without a rebound. Nothing in the formula is a sedative or a dependency risk.
Can I take it with my existing medication?
Ask your own doctor first, particularly if you take thyroid medication, blood pressure medication, sedatives, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Mulethi in particular can matter if you have high blood pressure. We would rather you check.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, anywhere in India, for ₹40 extra — roughly what the courier charges us to collect cash. Prepaid orders skip the charge.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened packs can’t. Being straight with you: most people notice a difference within the first month, and two months is what makes it stick — so if you’re on the fence, start with two months rather than trying one and guessing.
